My name's Jim - from Edinburgh in Scotland,

Happy New Year and Safe travels to everyone on here
I have an old (1985) land Rover 90 that I've owned for over 21 years - it really is a family member now!
.
it's taken me throughout the UK including the Orkney & Shetland islands, the Hebridean isles, Wales, Ireland and France.
It's going to be getting a bit of a "rolling restoration" this year including all the axles, suspension and running gear, engine, transmission and bodywork hopefully ending up with a repaint later in 2020.

I've just ordered a Tuff trek Roof Top tent to add on so my camping should become a bit more comfortable too.
This year's plan is for another island-hopping trip to the outer Scottish islands in May (after some shorter runs out) and looking at a trip to the French/Spanish Pyrenees or perhaps the Swiss Alps later on.....fingers crossed
