Hi all just wanted to give a brief introduction. I live in Mt. Shasta, CA but split my time between here and Ashland OR as my girlfriend lives there. We both love exploring and I've been offroading and dirt biking the mountains in this region for 20 years now. About a year ago I severed some tendons in my left hand and after two surgeries my dirt biking future is in doubt, that, coupled with a girlfriend who loves exploring and camping as much as I do has kind of thrusted me in to the overland scene.

I live in one of the most beautiful places on earth and I'd love to show some people around. One of my goals is to establish a route from Mount Shasta, all the way to the coast through the klamath mountains and coast range, using only dirt roads where possible, it'll be tricky as there are several wilderness areas in the way but I believe it can be done.

My vehicle is a 2017 4runner SR5 named Madrone. I have lots of mods planned but am taking my time... I thought dirt biking was expensive!

Welcome to the forum from West Texas. Nice looking rig. Plenty of enablers here that will "help" you spend your money outfitting her. :-)

Thanks much. My mother actually lives in Anderson so I do get down there once in a while! I'll make sure to show up for the Southern Oregon meet!
