Wanted FZJ80 Front Passenger Seat Gears and Track

My front passenger seat just stopped moving forward and back. It looks like the gearing is worn and the track also needs to be replaced. This appears to be a common problem with these trucks and the fact that these parts are only available on two model years makes parts harder to find. I got a quote from a Toyota dealership in the Bay Area and they came back with $750!

Anyone know where to get cheaper parts? Or maybe someone parting out a FZJ80(realize I'll probably have to buy the entire seat)?

These fix a majority of the power seat problems. The white cap on the end pops off, then the motor rod is not centered which makes the seat move back and forth unaligned which then eats away the plastic gear. http://forum.ih8mud.com/forums/80-series-tech.9/ will answer all your 80 tech questions

Yep, I found a white cap a couple weeks before the power seat stopped working. I thought at first someone had dropped something in my truck but decided to save it anyway. Glad I did but wish I realized that was the issue earlier before the gears were worn.
