New open box and never used. I bought this a year ago because it combines a high quality light bar and the metal cover aka rock shield. Love the discrete look when the cover is up. I ended up going a different route for lights so it has just been sitting in my garage. I tested it in the garage before putting it away and it worked perfectly. If you are familiar with Front Runner's stuff, their equipment is well designed and constructed. Includes all mounts, parts, etc that came with it.
