Fridge slide

Why are fridge slides so expensive? I could probably make one for cheaper but lets honest I am lazy LOL
Anyone know of any good ones that won't break the bank?

I know, right?


My first one I made out of angle iron and roller skate bearings. When I was done, I had a ton of hours into it. It works great but not worth how much work went into it.
My next two were heavy drawer slides that I made mounts for. Way easier and a little cheaper. Still if you add in paying me for time spent, its probably fairly close in cost.

I never did find anything that fit my application and was reasonable.

I have had several and ended up with the ARB becouse how HD it is. I am sure there are some great ones out there but I have not been able to break the ARB. ;-)
