First trip to the desert

We are planning a 3 week trip to the desert/deserts in December. What’s your thoughts on running Mojave Rd in December?

That is a perfect time. Just plan for some very cold nights and slight chance of snow dusting. I do feel Dec. Is one of the more windy months. But one of the best to do the trail.

The Mojave will be cold at night and mild during the day. I can send you as much info as you would like on the Mojave and Death Vallley just email me Kent@OverlandBound.com and I will send you some GPX files.
