Hey guys, I’m going to be heading up to Fallon, NV from Lemoore, CA at the beginning of the year. I have to do it in 1 day for work but I can definitely take the whole day. So any thoughts on which way to go? My initial instinct is to go up the 395 since I’m assuming most trails and things I can do up through the Sierras will be closed this time of year. Any advice on where to go and what to see will be much appreciated! I will also be making the return trip at the end of January.
I also will hopefully have enough time while I’m up in the area to hit some trails and maybe do some camping, although I know it will be quite cold! So any suggestions of where to go in the area is also appreciated!
