I just shared my thoughts on the Diamondback cover and Front Runner Rack system. I hope this gives you insight if you were interested in adding this item to your rig.

I got these and have RTT base just below the bottom of cab height, see pic. Lots of storage underneath RTT on top of cover using a large cargo bag. Works for me but I'm not a rock crawler. I like stuff so need the space. Tacoma with 18" tires and roof rack is not going to get good mpg so profile wasn't that big deal. I have been pleased with this setup.


I've had mine for about four years and they told me it's was only about 95% waterproof and that has been about the case. I like locking up most of my stuff so that is big plus for me. I don't want to lose my fishing tackle!
