Enthusiast III
Hi All,
If you're going to be visiting the Coconino National Forest (Flagstaff and surrounding area) or the Grand Canyon or Kaibab Plateau anytime soon, please be aware that the fire danger has reached Very High. Restrictions are not yet in effect, but the afternoon winds are starting to get stronger as the dry part of the monsoon season starts blowing in.
Please, if you choose to have wood-burning campfires, drown your campfires and camp pits every night. And then drown them again.
Please visit safely and responsibly.
