Ahh yeah, that's a nice little radio. 10w when powered with 13.8v wouldn't be bad for mobile VHF/UHF, make a quick release mount and you could pull it out and use it as a portable HF radio.

This looks like an interesting option compared to say Yaesu FT-818 or maybe even an Elecraft KX2/3 for portable use. Only issue I see is that it's not available yet and the estimated date I've seen thrown around is March 2020. Interesting to see how it's priced as well.
