My CB aerial is on the back of my vehicle. I have new led work lights to fit which will be placed very close to the CB aerial will this cause any interference to the CB?.

Depends. If you use good quality wire and ground everything properly most likely not. But you won't know until you try.

It will also depend on the quality of the voltage regulator in the lights

Put it all together and do some reception tests. The lights shouldn't make any "noticeable" reduction in transmission performance. Once you figure out if you are having reception interference we can go from there. There are ways to address these things.
