You'll obviously be fine on the highway but limited on the trail... A mild lift and some bigger tires/gears and eventually a locker would make a world of difference offroad.

A buddy back home used one of those for a hunting rig back in the mid 90's. With a decent set of tires and some good driving, we went a lot of interesting places with that thing.
