Applegate-Lassen Trail

I am looking for gps tracks or detailed map for one of the branches of Emigrant Trail. Section of particular interest is the Lassen Tr.
Has anyone been down this trail and has good info to share? Link to what I would like to accomplish is below.

You can get a guide book for the trail from Emigrant Trails West. They have maps and history of the Applegate / Lassen trail from Lassen Meadow, now Rye Patch Reservoir to the Willamette Valley in Oregon. The Lassen Trail branched off of the Applegate Trail Just south of Goose Lake and headed over the Sierras to Lassen's Ranch. I've driven most of the Lassen Trail. A major stretch is on private property. emigranttrailswest.org
