Purchased bone stock in 2009 with 36k miles as a college freshman. For the last two or three years, I've been looking to replace it, but nothing was worth taking on a car payment. I've now decided to build it up and keep it until it dies.

Ouch.

What's your plan for the front diff? M205 swap with Pathfinder axles?
I blew it at URE in mid-November and I've already replaced it with another R180. I was able to get one with 29k miles for $200 shipped and had a 2500 mile roadtrip through the Midwest and Colorado planned for December-January. I was under too much of a time crunch to feel comfortable regearing/replacing my rear axle, finding an M205 and deciding between a full titan swap or just run V8 Pathy Axles.

If I blow it again, I think I'll go with pathy axles and an M205. I've been hearing the club frontier guys have started getting the V8 half shafts from Rock Auto for ~$80 per.
