Recently i decided to sell my first gen Tacoma and picked up an 04 4Runner sr5 with the 4.7 I wanted the v8 because I drive a steep mountain pass every day and tow a trailer often. The extra torque is real nice. I also wanted more space for the dogs and a growing family. So far I am really happy with the new rig.

Here's the rig fresh from the lot.

First mods were 265/70r17 grabber at2s on some steel fj wheels and a roof rack to mount the tent on

Next I bolted on a snorkel and the truck is headed to cbi fabrications tomorrow to have the toytec lift installed. I went with the toytec 3" lift coilovers up front, heavy duty coils and toytec boss shocks in the rear to carry extra weight.

I also built a drawer setup that also has a slide out for our kitchen now that we don't have a tailgate. I'll have to get some better pictures of the drawer setup in use
