After seeing some of these build threads it made me wish I had documented mine step by step. Hindsight is 20/20 right? So, I thought I'd do more of a "walk around."

2002 Land Rover Discovery II SD:
It came to me as a bone stock example and over the course of about 2 years I feel I'm almost where I want it. Without mentioning the general boring repairs, here's a brief list of mods followed by pictures.

-2" Terrafirma HD lift (think I may go up to a RTE 3" though)

-265/75/r16 tires. (Going to go up to a 255/85/r16 probably)

-KAM 4.10 gears with front and rear Ashcroft air lockers

-CDL installed with D1 linkage

-"Option B" 3 amigos fix

- Dual batteries with IBS monitoring system

-ARB front bumper with Superwinch and IPF lights

-Tactical Rovers rear bumper. (Regret not adding the tire carrier)

-Terrafirma rock sliders

-Terrafirma HD steering rods and Bearmach diff
guards

-Viar on board air

-Voyager roof rack with Hella 4000 lights and ARB awning

-inverter for AC power

-DIY rear storage which I will soon be re-doing

I followed this guide and haven't looked back. I just wish I did this before spending time, money, and energy on replacing the shuttle valve only for it to fail again 3 days later.

***side note: im sure it says it somewhere in that guide but the cause of your amigos has to be a shuttle value fault in order for it to work.
