Yakima and other eastern Washington cities may be a good choice for ya. it does still get a good amount of rain but it's "regular" rain on the east side of the cascades, not the year round drizzle we get on the west. Plus you will get all 4 seasons there. As opposed 2 seasons we get on the wet...
