Seems like one of the best areas in OR for this.... someone on another forum mentioned they spoke to a Ranger in the Willamette Natl Forest, and the ranger said they expected over 3ook people to flock to that area for the eclipse.

I'll probably head up to Oregon from Los Angeles for the eclipse

I believe that is Sherman Pass, which is currently closed due to snow levels.

Try to check out Havasupai Point, you wont be disappointed ;)

Ive been meaning to check out that area too but cant make it this weekend. One thing I do know is that this weekend it the Sierra Trout Opener so a lot of fishermen will be heading that way also.

I put together a DIY shower for my roof rack as well!

Toilet was not close at all, dont even know where the nearest one was. We all made sure to use it before finding a campsite, and left camp right after we all had our coffee hahaha It was a pretty cool spot, and once we were set up it seemed like people avoided the hill we were on.

Definitely want to check out some hot springs... first I want to see if I can find any low key ones that require an adventure to get to (seclusion) then Ill go for the ones that everyone knows about haha
