I've never used a rooftop tent, but I'd like to try. If there's rain in the forecast I'll use a tent. If it doesn't get below 30F at night I'll throw a twin air mattress in the back of my truck so I can enjoy the stars.
Thank you! We try to make sure we have walkie talkies and hike in groups of three in case of an emergency. I feel very blessed to work with them and that we have an overlanding forum like this for support.:smiley:

I joined in 2017 but I don't think I ever introduced myself. I live in AZ and have a 2018 Tacoma SR (which I love) and my first truck when I joined OB was a 2004 Tundra SR5.
My overlanding experience has only been used for paleontology so far. Not all of the scientists I work...
