    3rd row seats Overlanding Rig

GMT800 Suburban or Yukon XL. Capable enough for a family rig, lots of room even with the 3rd row up, reliable and gas mileage is no worse than a TLC, LX or GX.

    F350 Ambulance lift?

Have you tried UJointOffroad? I don’t know if they have lifted an ambulance but I have seen lifts and 4x4 swaps on large campers that they have done. http://ujointoffroad.com/

Topper for my Roof Top Tent

Building a rack over your shell may be a good option. I have several friends that made racks like this to haul kayaks so they did not have to drill their tops: https://www.rackitinc.com/3000-series-camper-shell-rack/
