GMT800 Suburban or Yukon XL. Capable enough for a family rig, lots of room even with the 3rd row up, reliable and gas mileage is no worse than a TLC, LX or GX.
Installed a storage platform with bins. I wanted drawer type function but needed the flexibility to be able to remove it easily to use the 3rd row seats. I added d rings to the top to tie down the cooler, water and other gear that will go on top.
Have you tried UJointOffroad? I don’t know if they have lifted an ambulance but I have seen lifts and 4x4 swaps on large campers that they have done.
