    Yeah I drive 55-80 MIles a day just back and forth to work. While i Loved the Jeep this makes the ride a lot more comfortable. I just cant stream music currently so a stereo upgrade will be in the future.

    CB or HAM?

    Both.... HAM is better with distance and important communications.... CB because a lot of people have CB and a lot of trail rides can require CB.

    I like Zello for group talks in good city data areas not sure about that working well off road. I use HAM radio else where and going to get a CB.

    I went with a lip mount on the hood, works great and i havent had any issues.

    Anyone using APRS?

    I bought my FTM100 because of the APRS tracking so that my wife will be able to know where i am when i hit the road. That way she doesnt get worried of feel the need to call me.

    Following... I have been considering upgrading to General License as well but not sure how much i would use it. Currently have a Yaesu FTM-100 2m/70cm mobile and a Yaesu VX-7R handheld.

    Hi Everyone, I dont think i have posted here yet but I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JKU Golden Eagle Edition so name was kinda chosen for me... I have removed the exterior decals ( Long Story) But still call it Golden Eagle or just Eagle.
