I've got about 200 miles to go on finishing the break-in process on my new gears so by mid to late June I'll be ready to break them in... Hopefully the weather will allow the trails to dry out a little... I think Chimney Mountain Road is still closed.

Yes, Chimney Mountain Road will be the challenge... Here's a video from several months ago to give you an idea (the 4Runner and Exterra are stock in this video), however, with recent rainstorms the ruts are significantly deeper.
I think you'll be fine, I have Duratracs also and did most of the trail in 2WD... I even did the water crossing in 2WD but wouldn't advise it if you haven't been wheeling in a while and/or out there alone (with no other vehicles that could help should an issue arise).
