Yah, that’s the problem - at least on trails I’ve been on - some areas look like 3rd world dumps - shot up signs and televisions, garbage, beer cans, and spent shells everywhere- gives those people a bad name. I know it’s not everyone, but “it only takes a couple bad apples”, right?

What comms is everybody using and how/why did you make that decision. Anyone do their own slick install? (pics welcome) Ham, cb, GMRS, cell only? Anyone have a scanner? I’ve found that you can get NPS, BLS, state park/forest service, local fire, sheriff, et al., but never really heard...

I run these on a 2016 LR4 on compomotive 18s. Needed 1.5 inch lift to fit, but no spacers and just very slight rubbing at full wheel lock. Have 500 miles on them i have the 10-ply E - thought i roughed up the sidewalls on the trails, but no damage - these seem very tough Great off...

Does anyone have experience with the rhino rack batwing or batwing compact awning? I want to put something on an LR4, and can’t decide between the two. Or any other awnings that people love? I need some shade
