    PANTS

I like the Kuhl brand, they are comfortable and well made. Recently I came across these from the company Off The Grid, they are marketed as Overland pants. I decided to spend $55 on them, but they will not be shipping until late November. At $55 they seem like a great deal. I hope they fit well.

    Burro Schmidt Tunnel

I think you guys mean the 14 fwy, not the 15. I'd like to check that area out the next time we head up.

@Brian Arnold Hey Brian, I just realized that I never got back to you. You should join us on the next trip too.

    Burro Schmidt Tunnel

Absolutely! After it cools down we'll head back up there. We usually camp over night at the Sears or Two of Hearts cabin. You can make it up and back home in one day, that's what we did on the last trip because it was too hot. It's just a really long day when you do that.

    DIY Kydex Mic Holder

Well it was 111 degrees at my house yesterday, and the Jeep sat in the sun with the windows up all day. The mount did not move or sag at all, so I think I'm good to go.

Yeah, it was 103 when were crawling through the canyon. At least we all know our rigs don't have any overheating issues.

Fun and HOT! I think I'll avoid that area in the summer months going forward. @BajaFJ @brando

    DIY Kydex Mic Holder

Hi Everyone, I want to show off the mic holder I made for my radio last night. I needed a mount in the Jeep, but didn't want to drill any holes. I used a scrap piece of kydex that was left over from the last sheath I made. I made a template, then transfered it to the kydex and used a heat gun...

    Mammoth Advice Needed

Hi Everyone, I've decided to take the family up to Mammoth this summer and need a little advice. This is not a camping trip. We are going to stay in a hotel and explore the area, it will be the first time for all of us. It will probably be a 3 day trip, and the drive is about 6 hours from...

    Android GPS Radio headunit

Well thanks for quoting my typo:). Start your research here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android-auto/android-head-units They can be very buggy, and you need to be prepared to tinker. I bought one from a company called Pumpkin as a gift for my father in law. It worked great until we...

    Android GPS Radio headunit

The only thing holding me back from getting one is the lack of SiriusXM support. I've used them before, and do like the, but they are not super reliable.

I don't know if this is just isolated to me, but I no longer can see anyone's signature. Did that feature get turned off? Chris

    Mountain biking

I love the 1up racks, and that would solve my clearance issuse. However I really would like to be able to have the platform swing out of the way with the bikes mounted. There are a few options on the market, but I would like to fab my own at some point.
