    so if I start with 22 or 25 psi what would be an indicator that I “could” go less or that I have gone to low?

    We run 35psi on the road.

    Yes I have I have the gear to air down and air back up. Not really sure what our gear weighs we are fairly new at this so I imagine the gear we have is a little more heavy then some of the newer high end gear. I'll try to weigh it all next camp trip.

    "JUST egg" is a vegan egg substitute made out of mung bean. It's OK but better as a filler in something like a breakfast burrito.

    We had this on our last trip and it was so good: 15 Minute Spicy Udon Stir Fry We have also been making breakfast burritos with soy chorizo from trader joes, JUST eggs, red potatoes, and spices make the best breakfast burritos.
