Thanks. This was our second trip with it and we really like it. It’s a little on the heavy side but it sets up quick and we can stand up inside it. It’s an OzTent RX-4 and we bought it at CB Adventure Supply in Ft Worth.
We just got back from northern New Mexico. We camped around the Valles Caldera area and had perfect weather the whole trip. Camping is not allowed in the Valles Preserve but there are plenty of places around it to camp. We took NM FR 144 from the west side and took it over to its termination...
Howdy from Colleyville. I have a 2020 4Runner and was only able to do one trip last year due to COVID causing two other trips to get canceled. We’re heading to Big Bend in a few weeks, hopefully they won’t close it this time.
I went with stock size all-terrains too to replace the factory tires. I might go bigger once I upgrade the suspension but for now the 265’s seem to be working fine for the off-road driving that I’m doing. I look forward to seeing the progression on yours.
Name: Jason
Location: Ft. Worth
Rig: 2020 4Runner (bone stock for now)
My wife and I like to camp and hike. I stumbled across the concept of overlanding while researching the 4Runner and found it very interesting so here I am learning as much as I can.
