LBL for the most part is a mild wilderness area. Most of the fire roads are old logging roads and can get a bit muddy. There is a dedicated off road park as well called Turkey Bay. I believe the admission is $20 per person. You're truck should be fine. Most any stock 4x4 will be sufficient.
