    Water Storage

Check out the metal co in CO. They have an extensive catalog of containers that might fit a specific location in your build/rig.

    Maiden Voyage

    1. Do the loop up over paradise divide in Gunnison NF, CO. Only if you are comfortable in a larger rig on single track with somewhat dramatic edges. Parts can be worthy of a proper pucker... Especially passing oncoming traffic when it happens. All in all, not that bad. But some people don't like...

Goose Gear Plate System | Install Help Needed

Unfortunately Goose does not make a rear plate for my current truck bed as my rig is too new [2020]. I will make my own for now. Can anybody (who has a Goose plate already installed in the bed) show me the underside as far as how the mount points are reinforced? I have ideas, simply would like...

Oil and gas is looking to take 80,000 acres of public land near Moab to exploit.

Little.jeep called me out. Just trying to explain my POV as to why I posted. Healthy debate is good. We all can learn from each other. :sunglasses:

Oil and gas is looking to take 80,000 acres of public land near Moab to exploit.

I was sharing something I believe in. I believe the land (OUR LAND) deserves to be maintained in a healthy way and not exploited by private industry. So, you are right, collective value(s) are debatable... Though I value the public's interest, in the property that belongs to them, over any...

Oil and gas is looking to take 80,000 acres of public land near Moab to exploit.

My apologies. I was generally speaking of private vs public interest with land use. The "privatization" of resources on public land seems to be very complicated. And you are right... With PRIVATE THE OWNER SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO DO WHAT HE/SHE WISHES. This is why the mineral rights are hard to...

Oil and gas is looking to take 80,000 acres of public land near Moab to exploit.

I have been. And I'd like to see it preserved better moving forward. The line between "private" and "public" property is no longer clearly drawn. Mineral rights are part of that blur from what I can tell. Federal Land Policy and Management Act does not directly resolve disputes between...

Why are there so few Silverado overland rigs?

I'm running a 2500. My old rig was a built 4 Runner. Space. Was. Limited. Dirt bike plan required a tad more. So we upgraded. Best decision ever. Also, we don't plan to do crawling in this sucker. Just getting out there with some capable 4 wheeling fun.

Oil and gas is coming in to take 80,000 acres of public land near Moab

The State of Utah, long a hotbed of the federal lands transfer movement, is a mess. 80K matters... Especially as the current administration has already reduced Bears Ears and Grand Staircase [Escalante National Monuments]. Anyhow... Land transfers like this are bad news, bud—it’s always been...

Got my new front end on >> 2020 GMC 2500HD Duramax

Swapped the grill for the AT4 version. Better design detailing and finishes all around. Was able to tuck a 12-S Platinum up inside that ADD bumper... Though I had to move the center 3 LP6s forward a an inch or so to make it happen. I might fab some new brackets and push them back a tad. Also...
