Newbie here from Texas, originally from the islands (Guam/Hawaii) Starter rig is my 2013 Kia Sorrento AWD, hoping to hop into a 4Runner by the end of the year. Have always loved the outdoors coming from the islands, now want to explore this beautiful country of ours. Family and friends all over.

If both these options were in good conditions which would you chose and why. Any feedback would be welcomed! Also which of the two would be more expensive to maintain, parts, mechanic hourly etc. Appreciate any words of wisdom!

Thanks for the welcome. I like my Sorento but had some electrical problems don't want to risk being stuck somewhere. LOL, oh wait maybe that's the whole idea !!! You too :-)
