I volunteered too, though I don’t have any cool skills (like med) other than a strong back and a sharp mind. I’ll be camping as well. Still trying to decide if I’m bringing the trailer or just a ground tent. As the date gets closer, let’s find a place to meet up.

Any Fleetwood Neon owners out there?

Hey, y’all! Looking for any suggestions or ideas to improve life on the trails. We just bought our Neon in March 2021, so we haven’t gotten too much use out of it yet, but it seems to have great potential. Recently did an axle flip, hoping to accommodate 31” tires to match the Jeep, but...

    A quick mod today

    Overland Expo Mountain West 2021

Lord willing, I will be there camping and enjoying the full-blown experience. I’ve taken Wed-Tues off from work to give more time to enjoy the drive to and from Austin, TX. If anyone is headed in the same direction and wants to convoy, holler.

Specialty coffee setups (ultra coffee snobbery)

X2 on the Moka Pot. I’ve got the large (I think it’s a 9 cup) size and it works great for two cups of coffee. I grind the beans coarse (like for a French press) so it’s not too strong or silty. The pot is all aluminum, so it’s lightweight and durable.
