Thank you Geogre. it was a great day to be outside. Beautiful weather. Warm by February standards. We enjoyed the day meeting new friends and seeing new country. Waylon and Sam enjoyed all the new smells.

I had one like that on my viair years ago. If I remember correctly the chuck is not removable. It’s the whole hose or nothing. I replaced mine with a standard coil hose and quick coupler from the parts house

Is the end removable? Can you just change the chuck?

MIne did the same thing after many years of trouble free use. I removed the regulator, and blew backwards through it with air compressor. also blew out the hose and the burner. Its working fine again. There is a small spider that likes the methane and will build webs and nests in the fittings...

I appreciate everyone’s responses. All valid points. My biggest concern is will it leak during travel? I’ve read several Amazon reviews on the cheap ones that just drip if there’s any kind of pressure on it. I understand concerns about cheap vs value. Spent a good part of the last 50 years...
