Rear Mounted Winches

Interested to know how many of you are running rear mounted winches on your rigs? I made one for my 80 series, and have used it for more recoverys than the front winch. Mine is a bolt on solution based on the towbar, but would be keen to see how others have solved/ achieve this on there wagons.
