I got a 2018 taco and I can’t find a flat spot to put mine

Wool blankets! I never slept in a rooftop tent but I have spent many nights in a truck sleeper where you can’t run the truck to stay warm. I use wool blankets from army surplus and a good cold wether sleeping bag.

Try getting gas from a different place. My taco will guzzle the gas from one place. And do good on gas from another. Also try higher or lower octane. Other than that keep an eye on tire pressure and air filter.

857d is a fantastic rig. I had one that burned up in my semi truck. they have a lot of gizmo on them and once you have it figured out you will be very pleased with it
