Its a Prinsu. Very lightweight but sturdy. A lot of spots to mount eye-nuts (local hardware). I dunno if I’d drill them in again...once its on, its on. Newer gens have a track system that seems better. Next time I’d pull the headliner and bold directly, bypass the damn tension nuts. Still might...
Well, found out the shop that did the install not only damaged the inner cv boot, but also didnt tighten the diff drop kit! Ugh...(I had them put it in while they had the front apart and truck in the air)
So while they figure out how to redo it all for free...

In the ‘05 and newer, it bolts directly into the tracks. On Gen1 Tacoma, I had to drill holes in the roof. Not my fave thing to do, but the only option with Prinsu. The jack-bolts were a pain in the ass. I managed to get all but one to seat. I may just drill thru and lag bolt them in. In...
