For open honesty and communication, I received a refund on November 21, and an email that stated I was getting a refund but they were still going to ship my packet in 3 weeks. I still haven't received the packet, and I'm moving in a week, so if it ever shows up I won't get it.

It's been 3 months and I've gotten no response from Support and Ken hasn't been able to help apparently.
I'm going to request my money back and spend it on something useful.
I finally paid for the full kit on August 1st, as I've merely been lurking since 2018.
I've received no information on status of my order, when I log in, it shows my order is unfulfilled, and I've reached out to support email twice and gotten zero responses.
What's the best course of action...
