Which vehicle do you have, and does the mesh on the roof rack stretch across the whole roof of the car? If so, you can use the u-bolts that come with the stock bracket and bolt it up that way.

I have, they are associated with opticsplanet and other webstores. I use to order camping supplies from them as their prices were often more competitive than REI. Thanks for the heads up. I ended up taking all the swing arm bolts off to check. All but that rear pivot joint were loctited from...

I have been watching the campsaver deals. I really wish they had the passenger side walls. Their customer service rep said they do not know if they will be getting those.

You will love it. It is identical if not the same as the Darche Eclipse Gen 1.

Same here. With this stay-at-home-order in California, we have been using it daily so my son can play outside in the shade.

Yea, it seems that my bag is looser/bigger (?) than everyone elses. I have been using my nearly daily and it still seems to pack up just as easily and quickly. It is a little tighter with the poles in it, but not extremely difficult to zip up. Without the poles in the bag, it zips up really...

I just tested my bag and got on three poles no problem? I threw them on after everything is strapped in.

Thanks for the report. I have been wondering how to replace the bag since I park my LC outside and don't know how long this bag will last. Which method are you using to fold your awning up? I do not struggle with mine and have even folded it up in the cold using the Darche method.

I would use all 3. It's a pretty heavy piece. Thanks for the heads up. Looks like they are stocking everything from OVS. Edit: No passenger side walls.

Same experience here. I was so happy that I bought their side mounted shower.

This is what I did a couple weeks ago. They indicated I was the last one. I would still call to ask, maybe they will make an exception. Sean and his team are top notch and have gone the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted.

I use the Darche method of "fold, tight roll, fold over the bars" and it makes it easy to get it back into the bag with little to no resistance. It takes me about a minute to put it away using this method, even when I am on a hill. No resistance on the zippers. It helps that Sean and his team...

I installed my Nomadic 270 on my Land Cruiser 100 with a Prinsu rack. Thanks to trailRunner and all those on here for all the tips. I mounted it at the highest point. My split hatch makes contact on the bars, but only on the metal and not on the glass, and it happens to hit just where it's...

Does wall three zip up to the Wall 1 areas as well? I am trying to figure out which wall I should get and was considering just getting Wall 1 and 2. I picked up my awning on Friday. The OVS team went out of their way to find one locally at another warehouse since the passenger side was out of...
