Hey guys, so I was thinking about selling my Rubicon X. This thing is completely built to overland and is completely done. There is not a single thing on this truck that needs to be done. I'm looking to sell as is, with all the equipment attached. This truck was expertly built by Mainline...
I have 9 days, think I can get a lot done in that time. I’m really interested in doing rubicon trail, but my first time running with a roof top tent, and not sure how that’ll be. Would really like to do sequoia national park, Yosemite, Death Valley. But again, think I can get a lot done in 9...
Hey guys, so I found myself able to do an impromptu trip to Cali. I have about 9 days there to explore the state, and I’m in the process of putting together a plan. If anyone has any tips or advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Pretty much open to anything anywhere in the state.
Planning a trip for August 2019, allocated 2 days to Tulleride/Ouray Area. Was thinking Imogene Pass to Yankee Boy Basin to Black Bear first day. Then second day Engineer Pass to Cinnamon Pass and if you are saying
Poughkeepsie Gulch is a must do, then take that up back to Ouray. Two EXTREMELY...
Hey JM, I'm planning on doing Summer 2019. So far the plan is to Start around Glacier National Park, MT. Make my way South East to Wyoming, Do Yellowstone/Grand Teton/Jackson Hole. Then Straight shot South, enter Utah around Flaming Gorge Recreation Area, South to Moab quickly. From Moab south...
Hey guys, I could actually use some help with this too. Planning a trip for next summer. Montana>Wyoming>Utah>Colorado. I'll keep an eye on this thread, I think it would be useful as well but don't want to hijack this thread though.
Hey Jim, I'll take a look at the book. Do you know if it tells you the difficulty of the roads/trails? I know you guys have a lot of beautiful places to visit, anything MUST see? The more secluded and untouched, the happier I'd be.
This time I shipped the truck to Phoenix, ran north up to flagstaff, took a trail to colorado river in the grand canyon, then back east to the Paige area. From there I went to Zion, then back east through escalante. Then went to monument valley, then up north to canyonlands and ending at Moab...
I haven't been around here at all except to the parks, Rausch and AOAA. I go up to Vermont a lot and there is so SO much up there at varying levels of difficulty. I just got back from Arizona and Utah and already getting jittery. I want to plan another trip if possible.
Daniel
Hey guys, just signed up to this forum officially. Just got back from Arizona and Utah, and kind of want to plan my next big trip for next year. I'm really torn between going back to MOAB and doing Colorado (which I missed because of most of the trails still being impassable with snow) And doing...
Hey there, I signed up to OB a while back, but I didn't know a forum had been formed. My name is Danny S from North Jersey, member # 1521. I got into some off roading a while back in 2011 but didn't get serious about Overlanding until about 2014 through friends that had introduced me to the...
