It's been a long time since I posted in here. My build has been pretty well documented over on my Instagram. Shes definitely a tank now, and I'm in the process of getting her ready for the biggest trip yet. Going back out west. Me and 4 kids from ages 14 to 5. It will be fun to do some hardcore...
Hey someone managed to post the link. I'm not getting notifications on to talk, and my tapatalk is also screwed. You are certainly welcome to join. There are bypasses if we dont want to do the hard stuff, and push comes to shove pecan split and rejoin where they come back together...
Alrighty folks. Looking to try and get a final head count for this trip. If you can commit at this point it would be pretty helpful for trying to finalize plans. I think the easiest way may be to start a public Facebook event for it. I'll try and get it going and post the link.
Trip is a go for sure. Plan is to meet either sunday night March 22nd, or monday morning March 23rd in Jellico TN and hit the trail clockwise from there. I'll be getting final head counts sometime after first of the year.
Do you think that will be the case in the spring? I was just trying to cover all the bases. I have led trail rides that turned ugly when people got scratches, I can only imagine hydro locking would piss people off a bit more than that. I want people to realize there is real stuff out there that...
Yep, same here! The tracks work well in Gaia GPS I have found. Getting to see some of the hard bits and some of the views has made me very excited for this trip.
So I found a facebook group dedicated to the kentucky adventure tour.... same diff. This actually looks like it could be a bit more adventurous that originally thought. I'm getting pretty excited.

My bad... Queener hill. It's a part of Jellico Tennessee. I'm using three different gps apps and trying to work from memory. I'll edit the main post....
I dont think so. Trail reports are slim. There will be water crossings, but there will also be bypass routes. The snorkle thing is a safeguard, and a sound investment in my book. But a deal breaker no....
Okay original post has been updated. I think we will need to get confirmed head counts close to the beginning of the year so we can plan accordingly. For right now anyone that is seriously interested send me a PM and I'll figure out how to keep everyone in the loop... also if anyone has inside...
At any rate, as of right now the trip is still a go. I think we may skip the distilleries as from everything I've heard, once you see one they pretty much are the same, and that gives us more time for the trail. It's looking like we will be able to finish the whole thing, picking up in Queener...
