I just finished a 1000 mile trip with quite a bit of off-roading. The mount worked fairly well. There was a bit of higher frequency vibration but it wasn’t bad. I preformed the pvc pipe to bend to the dash and I have some foam that it rests on the dash without damaging it. It was great to have...
It was a great time. We did indeed get some pinstripes! I’ve got a time lapse of the route I’ll figure out a way to upload.

I just set up my 12” iPad Pro as the screen yesterday. I took it for a short drive but no serious off roaming. I like the screen size so far, but time will tell if something a tad smaller would be better. Losing my backup camera screen sucks. I’ll not be using this setup in daily driver mode...
@britz - Avoid Monroe street, it’s tore up. Division street is also about to get torn into as well. My recommendation is to take Maple street north.
Steve- I decided on the GT3-WP. I bought 2 of them. I really wanted the waterproofing since I do a lot of fishing and kayaking. Should be here...
I ended up working unfortunately. I was planning on heading up just south of Sashene Lake. I was told there were a couple of spots that were good for dispersed camping.
I like the full moon idea. Definitely in for the July and August dates. I’m out of town on the June date.
Things should cool down at work soon and I could take a day out during the week. I’m following you guys and check daily so I’ll jump in when I can.
Oh My! What an awesome rig!
I’m on the east side of the state so not a lot of help with places, but I have to be in Seattle for business this coming Thursday, so I was planning to drive over and do some exploration and camping Friday and Saturday.
That's too bad. I think I'm going to change up plans and take my old dog camping up north Saturday night rather than explore the trails in Idaho. Based on last weekends snow level, I don't think I'd get as far as I was hoping.
I'm heading up Latour creek with a group this saturday morning. I think I'll be free 5/6.
I've been planning a route through the CDA forest to independence creek that I'd like to scope out sometime.
