These are some sweet setups. Question for those of you that have flat mounted 100w (or so) panels, how much charging current do you typically see on a clear day? I'm trying to decide whether it's worth designing and building a tilt mechanism.

Do you have any close-up shots of your panel mounts with the lift supports? I've been trying to come up with an easy way to tilt a panel on my roof, and this looks like a perfect solution.
