I’ve not been on it but didn’t necessarily want to go solo for the first time since some of the trail is rather remote. Everything I know about it is from research or somebody telling me about it.

Any thoughts on planning a KAT trip in KY? 1000mile trail with plenty of stops to break it up. I’m 45 minutes from a portion of the trail. Would love to meet up and do a weekend trip or with enough notice a week long trip.
