I’ve been working hard to talk myself out of buying a new Jeep but the temptation is just too much to resist. Up for sale is my 2015 Jeep JKU Sahara with 24,200 (and growing because it’s a daily driver) on the odometer. Black Iron aftermarket wheels with Toyo Open Country AT II tires...

I got back on October 21st. Trail was dry, lots of sand which was what I would rate as not so much fun on a big bike (1200GSA). Temps were warmer than expected at night, days were mid 70's which was nice. We camped at Camp Phallus on night one. We got the big site, just below the balancing...
I just got back Sunday night from the Mojave Road. Weather was perfect! We went east to west, camped the first night at Camp Phallus. If you get the big campground at the base of the balancing rocks it will be worth it. The other campsites we saw were in wooded areas with limited views...
Anyone been out on the trail recently? I am heading back out starting next Thursday, the 18th, going East to West. If anyone has any trail condition updates that would be great to hear about.
Jeep Wrangler JKU parts. I recently upgraded my Jeep and these parts are no longer needed. Feel free to hit me up for additional pictures or with questions. What you see is what you get, all parts are in great condition. Dusty from use and storage but all in good working order. Local pick-up...
I am saving up for a lift for my JKU. Currently planning to buy the AEV 3.5" Dualsport RS lift. And with a new lift that means new 35" tires, which will require shiny (figuratively speaking) new black AEV Salta wheels. And to properly turn those new wheels & tires over will require regearing...
Thanks for the info. We will make a judgement call when we get there. I will be in a stock JKU, my Dad will be in a 4Runner Pro & my uncle in a Chevy Colorado diesel. The Colorado probably has the least clearance, in your opinion, would a Colorado have enough to make it through?
Sent from my...
For anyone who has been there in the last few weeks, is the road closure still in effect west of Fort Piute? If so, did you follow the recommended trail or cut across country more, like Signal Hill or Pipeline Road?
My Dad and I will be out there the 24th through 27th, driving east to west. Maybe we will see some of you out there. This is our first time and the perfect time of year.
I believe I finally got this all sorted. With the help of Paul from Gobi Racks, I learned that Gobi manufacturers their own custom light cradles for Rigid Industries lights. I sent him a sketch of the light cradles (brackets) that I have and he provided close up pics of what they offer. $80...
I would think Yakima would have an adaptor that fits. They make their accessories have the ability to fit a multitude of factory crossbar from road to oval & wingshaped. I'd give them a call.
Are you looking for a basket like the Yakima Load Warrior? You can't go wrong with Yakima products plus they make an extension for it.

I have a set of E-Series Rigid lights, 2 spots & 2 floods, that I was looking to mount to my Gobi Stealth rack above the windshield. After being on order for 3 months, the rack arrived and after many hours, my Dad & I had it installed. I took my lights over to a local shop to have them run the...
