I can get you measurements between the pre-drilled holes to see if they would fit. It would definitely fit if you would be willing to drill out new holes as needed. I had this on a 94 F150 and 05 F150. fit on both without additional drilling.

When I was shopping for a new back pack I was pricing ones on Amazon for over $200 as well. I ended up with a $35 high Sierra from Costco that has everything I was looking for. Used daily for the past year with no complaints.

I know this is a little late for OP but I thought I would weigh in for others still looking. I had Marathon Seat Covers on 2 of my trucks in the past and they were great and worth the money.
Any progress on your Outback? Your build list is similar to what I have planned for my Outback minus the lift. For the anticipated driving I will be doing I am fine with the stock height so I will save that money for now.
