hell yes. you could either do it yourself or find a guy that welds to make you something. if i were you i would look for a used tree stand and use the ladder off of it or something similar. if you go that route make sure you powdercoat it or even use truck bed liner for a rubberized grip finish...
would you be able to mount a separate ladder to the tailgate. ive been trying to brainstorm how you could hook up the ladder but the only option i see is mounting the ladder directly to the hatch door. you might have to drill holes but that may be your only option.

So Ive had 2 vehicles that ive put KO2's on. And both times the back tires would wear in the center so bad that their would be a 1/2 of tread on the outside and be down to the steel belt in the center. i thought it was my driving habits or maybe my truck. I wouldnt put them on a pickup truck...
