You have to head a little further out of the valley to find stuff.

Yup, what you do, what you encounter regularly should guide your build. Yes there are lots of sweet builds out there. And it's fun to say "I want my truck to be like X" but a lot of those guys just copied someone else and never use half the stuff they have.
Get out there and do stuff. Upgrade...
Thanks.
I've been very busy this year with some personal goals, down 55lbs, also working on starting a new business, so this build is a little behind.
Going to be adding a rear bumper, hydro assist and 5.13's along with beadlocks later in the year.

It has been said repeatedly that rear Thuren coils will kill your payload..... That might be sorta true if you don't know what you are doing?? I don't' want to exaggerate.
I'm going to do a more in-depth video explanation here when we leave Moab. I spent about two hours dialing in my...
Some photos of the goods, installed!!!
I am really loving the shocks. Don has these dialed in perfectly. We started with Stage 3 valving and then adjusted for slower speed hits, crawling and general offroading that I like to do. On road, these shocks are fantastic. Offroad, they're freaking...

Problems I don't have. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But I'm glad it's working for you. That's all that matters.
PS: I did those with my truck stock and way more, without dragging and getting hung up. Man, you should have run Top of the World and Hells Revenge. Who goes to Moab and doesn't run the famous trails...
Could that be any more of a loaded question that comes down to personal preferences and tastes?
I liked everything you had to say, and then I LOL'd at this part.
Full size because I need the room. I have a family of 5. And I've found our fullsize a lot more capable than a smaller rig pulling a land anchor. I mean trailer.
I do not find the size to be all that particularly limiting. It really depends. I've been on very tight trails with my rig and they...
Boom! Good time, good views.
I learned some interesting facts too about the Three Fingers Gulch that we visited today. Apparently, there are structures down there in the hike we observed, part of a "Wild Horse trap" - "Old stone corrals in Three Finger Gulch used to trap wild horses in the...
