National Luna dual battery controller alarms

I have an 08 Taco with a National Luna dual battery controller. My alternate battery "overcharge alarm" keeps sounding, and it seems to do it only when I'm in the sun and my solar panel is sending it power. I'll admit, I don't know anything about electronics and this was all professionally...
