May 19th I was in a motorcycle accident leaving me with a spinal fusion and no use of my legs. I currently have a RTT that will be taken off my 80 and probably get some boxes to strap to the rack to clear some room inside the back.
Is anyone currently using a gazelle with a wheelchair? I’d like...
Flying in to Denver Friday the 29th to pick up an LX470 my wife bought us.
We'll be spending Saturday and bit of Sunday in the area before we trek back down I-70 to St. Louis.
What should we look into? I imagine Covid has any touristy stuff closed for the most part, luckily we're just...
Just got home from STL to Pikes Peak, Ouray, Moab, Colorado National Monument, Rocky Mountain National Park, and then hit the Monument Rocks in Kansas.
I dunno if this is the right spot for this but I'll be in Ouray and looking to hit Imogene Pass maybe September 8th on my way to Moab via Telluride.
Anyone else going to be in the area? I'd prefer to not do it the first time solo unless I have to.
I'd imagine I could always park at the...
I've never been to MOAB and the wife and I are looking at late September.
If you had 2-3 days to play in MOAB what would you hit? We will be heading from St. Louis, MO probably spend a day or two in CO and then on to Arches.
I don't mind a technical trail but remember I'm just 1 truck and...
Is it time? Can we be more than 10 people? I just want to be nerds in a parking lot, it's been so long since I've seen people. I feel like Robin Williams in Jumanji.
Ok gang,
I have both trays, the washer res relocated and an isolator kit.
I am looking to buy two batteries at the same time. Any suggestions? I'm sure this is a dead horse but the threads I searched didn't answer the specific question.
If I go with Dual AGM's should they both be the same...
I know you can get National Parks stamps but does anyone get the Forest stamps?
I'd imagine you have to hit the ranger station or head office for it. Anyone have any more insight? Think it'd be cool to do even if it's more of a hassle.
First attempt at building a box for the back of my 80 series.
Latches showed up in the mail today, the bottom of the drawers have strips of felt to help them slide on the MDF.
I plan to try and finish it this weekend. We'll see how far I get. I should atleast have the latches on and...
2 weeks in September (if the world still exists)
I've never driven out west except for the time I rented a motorcycle in Vegas and rode from Lake Meade to Valley of Fire.
The wife wants to make it a nice split of RTTfriendly Campgrounds, BLM, & has a yurt or something reserved in Yosemite...
Hey there,
I just picked up the worlds stockest FZJ80.
I live in South St. Louis City. My "rig" is a 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser with factory lockers. After taking delivery I have replaced the manifold to downpipe gaskets as they were blown out, spark plugs, spark plug gaskets as the plugs were...
