Guest, UPDATE We went through the site migration runbook and completed all steps. We will need to complete the migration next week, but will leave the forums up for the weekend. A few days after maintenance, a major upgrade revision to the forum site will occur.

Just a question. I placed an order May 22, 2025. It still hasn't arrived. I've sent emails, and have received zero response. OB took my money right away, but I don't even get a "we're backordered" or anything. So I'm taking it to the forums. Where is my order?
