    Can any owners shed any light on how the body is constructed? From what I can tell it’s some kind of sheet material with expanding foam in between? Has anybody been to the factory and watched the process? Would love to know more in order to try and copy the process on something.

    I don’t know if people refer to it as shuttering ply in the US- it’s ply used for making concrete shutters- people obviously use it for anything they want,but that’s how some of us in the UK refer to that grade of ply- it’s generally a bit cheaper than WBP or marine grade

    decision fatigue! ,haha, yes it gets a bit like that sometimes ! Are you using shuttering ply?

    Thanks- your affirmation is greatly appreciated-there is room to move the axle forward if needed ,but it matches the woolly bear where it is. some more done to the roof rack
