If you haven't decided yet I would suggest the switch pro. I just recently installed on on my ram 1500 and loving it. With some creative use of parts for other purposes came out extremely clean install.

We will be there the same weekend ( at least that's the plan) we are driving up Friday heading back Monday. It will be our first time to go there as well. Looks like there is plenty to explore!

Great use of that file cabinet. And for only a couple bucks if you only use it on a couple trips and change your mind and switch to something else you won't be out a bunch of money [emoji106]

Yeah that might be a bit of a drive for a test fit lol

They should they have alot of adjustment to them. Had them on a f150 that had some pretty big visors, tried them on wife's Kia and fit well and it lives on my ram. I would guess that it should fit. Idk where you live but if it is near me you could use mine to test fit and see before you buy if...

Yeah I here you on the cheaper ones my buddy had a cheap version on Amazon and it didn't hold up long. Also I have a similar experience with buying mods, last was the switch pro lol.

I have had one for about close to two years. One of the best things I have gotten for my truck. For the price hard to beat. Good build quality and have had zero issues with mine !

I went gmrs as my group of friends wanted more than our cb could give. I wanted to get my ham license (still plan to get it) but with the timing I had and limited time to go test with work and what not decided to go the gmrs route for now. I am definitely pleased with the decision.
